I went out to get some fresh air. It was a lovely summer evening, still bright but not too hot. I decided to jog toward the wharf.

On the way, I heard somebody playing the piano. I stopped and listened to it. It came from a restaurant where the windows were wide open.

"Henrietta!" said a man in a joyful voice from inside the restaurant. Ha! It's my name. Who on earth called me? But I was not the Henrietta he had called.

Through the window, I saw a beautiful lady stand up with a glass in her hand. "Cheers!" she said, lifting her glass. "Cheers!" the others replied.

I started to jog again. I stopped at the pier and watched seagulls flying over the bridge. Soon they spotted me and shook their W-shaped wings signaling a hello to me. I responded to their greeting by wagging my tail.
